Cove users are required to renew their medications annually to ensure that their treatments are suited to their specific needs as a migraine patient. Recently, there have been several changes added to medication scheduling. The most notable change was the bulk-buy option to have their medications delivered every 3 months to allow users to have access to their medication on-hand at all times, without having to wait for a monthly delivery. Additionally, the medical decision making process was facilitated by adding value props that will guide users to opt for renewals for the 3-months option. Lastly, we pivoted the consultation fee to be issued monthly, as opposed to annually. To provide as much information as possible helps deter friction within the renewal flow as Cove is constantly evolving as it continues to grow.
